Rachael's background spans over a decade in recruitment, training and talent development, most recently leading people operations and talent development for a global executive search firm. She's also worked in training and senior recruitment consultancy roles, giving her a rounded view of how a recruitment business runs at every level. At Vector, she leads on operations, keeping the team running smoothly so they can stay focused on delivering for clients.
Melissa Kelly
Melissa focuses on CDMO market research, talent pooling and sourcing, helping the wider team identify and engage the people clients need. She's studying for a BSc (Hons) in Economics, Finance and International Business at Oxford Brookes University, and applies what she's learning directly to live commercial work.
Jasmine Manson
Jasmine's recruitment background is in diagnostics and laboratory services in the US, placing mid-to-senior talent in technically demanding roles. That foundation carries straight over to her focus at Vector: Quality hiring in sterile manufacturing and drug product, where precision in both the work and the hiring process matters just as much.
James Mitchell
James has worked in pharma services recruitment for his whole career, running hiring mandates that span entry-level roles through to senior leadership. At Vector, he focuses on drug delivery and primary packaging, an area that's grown fast on the back of GLP-1 demand, and works with clients who need people who understand that space properly.
Jenny Downing
Jenny has 20 years in pharmaceutical recruitment behind her, across agency consultancy, leadership roles, and in-house talent acquisition at a large global CRO. At Vector, her focus has grown to cover CDMOs and CROs alongside growth-stage biotech, supporting Study Delivery and Clinical Operations teams as they build out their hiring.
Neil Kelly
Neil has helped build a CDMO's from the ground up through talent, which gives him a practitioner's view of CDMO recruitment that few in the industry can match. He's led talent teams within some of the most recognised brands in the world, blending consulting experience with real hands-on knowledge of how these businesses run. Neil works directly with CEOs and leadership teams to solve the hiring challenges that matter most to their growth.

Antony Bryson-McAteer
Antony has over ten years in both agency and in-house recruitment, supporting growth across CRO and CDMO businesses globally and regionally.
