Vector Talent Elevates Jack Shute to Chief Operating Officer 

Vector Talent Limited, a global specialist recruitment and talent firm focused on the global pharmaceutical markets, is pleased to announce the promotion of Jack Shute to Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective 1st June 2026. 

Jack's elevation to Chief Operating Officer reflects the exceptional breadth and depth of contribution he has delivered since joining Vector three years ago. Over that time, Jack has developed key customer accounts and consistently supported operational excellence across the business. Critically, Jack has been central to Vector's commercial development strategy, building and nurturing partnerships with our most important accounts that have driven substantial revenue growth and underpinned our operational standards. 

As part of the promotion, Jack's equity stake in Vector has been increased, reflecting both his foundational contributions to the business and the board's confidence in his leadership. This ownership stake aligns Jack's interests fully with Vector's long-term growth and success. 

As COO, Jack will own the operational strategy that scales Vector's delivery and service excellence. Neil will continue to lead Vector's commercial strategy and market expansion; growing the team, opening new locations, and getting closer to customers in the markets that matter most.
