Jasmine Manson Joins Vector as Quality Talent Partner for the CDMO Sector

We're pleased to announce that Jasmine Manson has joined Vector as a Talent Partner, where she'll be focusing on Quality hiring within the CDMO sector.

Quality has been one of Vector's strongest areas since the beginning, and Jasmine joins to build on that. She brings a solid recruitment background placing mid-to-senior level talent across diagnostics and laboratory services in the US, which gives her a strong foundation for the technically demanding, specialist hiring that Quality roles in CDMOs demand. Finding the right people across drug product, drug substance, and biologics manufacturing takes someone who genuinely understands the market. Jasmine does.

Before joining Vector, she spent four months travelling through South East Asia and Australia. We think that's a pretty solid way to recharge before taking on a new challenge.

When she's not recruiting, you'll find her walking her two cocker spaniels, doing Pilates, or already planning her next trip somewhere.
